Return Policy — In-Store Purchases
We want you to feel confident in every purchase.
- In-store purchases may be returned within 7 days of purchase
- Returns are issued as store credit only
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, smoke-free, with original tags attached
- All sale items are final sale

If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to help.
Return Window
- Online returns must be initiated and postmarked within 14 days of the original purchase date
- Items postmarked after 14 days are considered final sale and will be returned to you
Return Details
- Returns receive store credit in the form of a gift card (valid online or in store and never expires)
- A $10 restocking fee per item applies
- Original shipping costs are not refundable
- We do not offer exchanges at this time
- All sale items are final sale

- Fringe & Form is not responsible for lost or damaged return packages

Items returned that do not meet return criteria will be sent back at the customer’s expense.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact info@fringe-form.com within 72 hours of delivery and include photos and a description. We will review and take care of you.
